What Parents Say
“We couldn’t be happier with the care, love, and education he’s receiving.“
We’ve been with Where to Grow for two years now, and I can’t say enough good things about this program. It’s an in-home daycare with a small teacher-to-child ratio, which means every child truly gets the attention and care they deserve. The Montessori-inspired approach has been wonderful for our son, he learns through his own interests and milestones, and it’s been amazing to watch his growth. If you’re looking for a safe, enriching, and supportive daycare, I highly recommend them.

“Leaving your child with someone new is a big decision but I truly feel like this team has become an extension of my village & thankful is an understatement.”
My daughter has been here since she was about 6 months old and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. Renee and her team provide a nurturing and safe environment where my baby girl has really thrived. I’m constantly impressed with their attention to detail and how genuinely they care for my child. It makes my heart so happy to see my daughter so happy to see them everyday & puts me at ease entirely.

Before & After School Care
Children ages 5–6 still need opportunities to mentally prepare their minds before school and recover emotionally and physically after the demanding atmosphere of a public classroom.
We provide a place where children can enhance learning skills in a calm environment and prepare themselves mentally before beginning their school day, and a place where they can complete homework, review their day, and wind down with calm activities after school.
We offer transportation to and from most schools in the El Dorado Hills area.
Before & After School Care
Our T-K program offers a kindergarten curriculum adapted for a younger age group for those who do not meet the required age cutoff or are not quite ready for Kindergarten, allowing another year of critical development before entering elementary school. Key areas of focus include:
- Early reading
- Sight words
- Strengthening communication skills
- Deeper phonetic skills
- Focusing on stronger math skills

Morning Circle Time
Children gather together to start the day with songs, stories, and guided discussions. This is not only a time for connection, but also a structured learning space where they practice language, early literacy, social skills, and listening—all while building confidence in sharing their voice.
Music Class
Led by our trained vocal coach, children are introduced to rhythm, melody, and movement in a joyful environment. Through singing, instruments, and creative expression, they build confidence, listening skills, and a lifelong love for music.
Focused Independent Activity
Children explore hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity and independence. They practice problem-solving, creativity, and concentration while teachers provide gentle guidance to support each child’s growth.
Healthy Meals
Nutritious, balanced meals are served daily to fuel growing minds and bodies. We emphasize fresh, wholesome ingredients to support healthy habits and energy for an active day of learning and play.
Outdoor Play
Fresh air and movement are an important part of every day. Our outdoor playtime gives children the chance to run, climb, and explore nature while developing coordination, teamwork, and a love for the outdoors.
